The South Texas Venom, our league champions in our 11-12 year old division, represented the BGCM at Texas State Bank in a photo session with the Houston Astros. Representing the Astros was Manager Phil Garner and Pitcher Fernando Nieves. Vice President of Sports, Mark Voss of Texas State Bank arranged 45 minutes of private time with the Astros. During this time Team Venom and their parents were allowed to ask questions, take pictures and get a few autographs.
